Over time, we're slowly building a "playground", and these have become a part of it.

The greatest benefit that we found of these restraints is that, unlike our other restraints, they do not require a 4-post bed, nor any other anchor points. This was a big plus, and means we can take them with us anywhere we go, even a hotel, and leave no signs behind. We already see ourselves purchasing a second set for just this purpose (to take on vacation). As long as you can lift up the mattress, you can use these restraints. The restraints themselves utilize a simple system where all of the wrist straps are attached to a single strap which is placed underneath the mattress. They're easily tucked underneath the edge of the mattress to to hide from prying eyes. As an added bonus, unlike traditional restraints requiring anchor points, these restraints can be moved to either the top of the bed, or the side of the bed (or any combination thereof) allowing you to spread legs and hands apart (for domination), or keep them together (for teasing).

The straps themselves are easily adjustable, and were long enough to fit our very large (in terms of thickness) Kingsize mattress. The length adjusts VERY quickly, even while the restraints are being used. This enables you to really surprise your lover, and pull the straps tight with one smooth move. The cuffs themselves are padded, and tighten via velcro. The cuffs are quite comfortable, unlike some that we have used (no chaffing, no redness), and release quickly and easily if the need arises. As a note, the cuffs attach to the straps via a releasable clip. There's an extra clip on one each of the feet and wrist cuffs, which allows you to attach two cuffs together (so, for instance, to keep the hands together). As the cuffs can be detached from the straps, they can be used elsewhere too (even as just a simple set of "handcuffs", and much more comfortable than metal cuffs as well).

As to their effectiveness, we found the velcro on the cuffs to hold REMARKABLY well. Both my wife and I have put some rather significant pressure on the cuffs (let's just say I make her pull on them REAL hard), and we have yet to have one come open. One potential negative, however: The clip that attaches the cuffs to the straps does so via a standard key ring (albeit, a thick one). On another set of restraints we have, the key rings stretched out, and had to be replaced ($0.50 at any hardware store if it does happen). We have yet for that to happen with these restraints however, and so far, the rings seem rather sturdy. While it is probably possible to "escape" from these, that's not really the point. However, as the cuffs are removable, you could easily replace the cuffs with something more....hardcore (like leather) in the future without needing to replace the straps themselves.

Of minor note, my wife found the picture on the packaging to be a turnoff (keeping in mind they're Manbound-branded). Also, while pictured, the restraint set does not include the straps on the back and thighs of the pictured model. The set we received did however include an extra bonus of a mask for covering the eyes (this wasn't indicated). Also, a note about the packaging: it's frustration-free (no scissors necessary), however, using the straps does take preparation (to place them underneath the mattress), so plan ahead. As a reminder, they can be easily tucked underneath the mattress edge, so you can really surprise your lover with these.

We really liked these, and they haven't left our bed since. We will most likely get another set for travel purposes, and, as soon as we figure out who our "bondage friendly" friends are, but some as a gift. They've got a lot of uses as more than just on the bed (handcuffs with just the cuffs for instance, and also attaching all four cuffs together to make a hogtie restraint). If you're looking for something to start some light bondage, and especially something that travels well, give these a shot, and most likely, just like us, you won't ever take them off of the bed again.

The Package

The Harness (as it will be called from here on) is wrapped in plastic and enclosed within y our basic product box. As an added bonus, Pipedream is including a blindfold with their Fetish Fantasy products.

Getting Familiar

I searched both va va voom’s site as well as Pipedream’s site and I have not been able to find anything there that tells me exactly what this product is made from. The best I can tell you is, it is described as being, “velvety soft”. It is in fact soft to the touch. The harness has a main strap that is firm but not stiff. This is the part of the harness that gets used on the woman. One side is completely soft and velvety. This side can have other products attached to it. The reverse side is the “outside” and has the side straps coming off of it. On each side of the main strap are two smaller straps. These can be easily adjusted in length and are converted into handles for the man pounding her from behind. It should be noted that this product is compatible with Sportsheets products. My Hump Bump & Vibe will adhere to this strap.

Putting it to work

The first time Sylvanus and I used the harness was in the morning for a great morning fuck. I am 5 ft tall and he is 6 ft tall. He didn’t bother adjusting the harness at all. Sylvanus simply placed the large strap underneath my hips and grabbed hold of the side straps. For me, the strap was quite comfortable. It never pinched me and the firmness of the strap never bothered me. Much more comfortable to use than a standard leather belt, which Sylvanus has been known to use on me before for a good hard doggie fuck. The harness was very effective and definitely enhanced our experience. It pulled me in closer to him and helped him fuck me even deeper. The harness held my hips in place and allowed for a delightfully loud smacking sound as he pounded into me.

From my side of our first experience, I enjoyed the harness. I noticed, however, that the harness naturally laid high on my hips. This made me curious as to whether or not the Hump Bump & Vibe would work well when used with the harness. As it stands, it looks like the bullet vibe would not be able to reach my clit. Of course, we will be putting this to the test in our review of the Hump Bump & Vibe. (Review coming soon).

For Sylvanus, he was concerned that the “stiffness” of the strap would cause me some discomfort. It never did. It’s not as stiff as it appears, or perhaps because of the fact that I have a few pounds on my belly, that might have made things more comfortable. Either way, I was perfectly comfortable. He felt the straps to be a bit awkward to hold, but all in all, this was a good product. Certainly more comfortable than the leather belt we used to use.

Conclusion

The Fetish Fantasy Do It Doggie Harness is a nice product to own. What makes it even better is that it can be used with several other products. I think any product that can be used in more than one way, is a step above the others. You get more bang for your buck. *wink* This product is easy to use and definitely does make him penetrate harder and deeper. Get yours today. Or check out some of the other body harnesses.

When this product came in, it was obvious that there was a difference from the other product I have reviewed. I really had hoped for the price and the added stimulation of the vibrator that I would be pleased with "Alexa's insatiable Pussy Vibrator". I think the biggest issue I have is that I could not find any directions on where the vibrating piece goes. After studying the website giving on the this product, I decided at this time to forgo the assumption that it goes in the end and just to use it without the vibrator.

What I particularly liked about this item was how relatively low priced this is, and how they added a little detail on the lips of the opening to make it look more realistic. Beyond that, I did have an issue with the plastic used on the main section that you can see there. It was stiff and not as realistic as far as it felt. The rest of the tube is made of little plastic "fingers" that really did help with stimulation but I really had an issue on how stiff the opening was.

But for the price, your still not going wrong. I still feel that this was definitely much better than Rosie Palmer and her five sisters. And I believe that the opening at the end is where the vibrator goes, but again it would have been nice for the company to include instructions.

Now the other product I have to admit is going to be much more difficult to review, so what I decided what I would do is actually review my initial thoughts and then later on this week give you my final thoughts.

This next product is Yes! Cologne for Men. What the deal is, that this is suppose to be a special pheromone cologne that is suppose to trigger certain moods in the opposite sex. I have been wearing this product the last four days and so far I haven't really notice a difference in the opposite sex.

But what I can tell you is that the scent is rather unique. It does have a sense of being more masculine and I must say I really do like the scent on me. If nothing else, I do feel a little more confident since I have been wearing this. This may be one of those products that I may have to get a regular order of to say the least.

But as far as that certain attraction, well I will tell you later on this week as I am wanting the time to have this sink in with those that I go around.

With the recent move, it's been difficult to write, or to find time to do... anything! I have many reviews that I owe. I am slowly getting back into the saddle of blogging.

This particular review was given to me by Va Va Voom. We have recently become one of their newest reviewers. I am thrilled that I had the opportunity to read "Screw The Rose, Send Me The Thorns" by Philip Miller and Molly Devon.

Immediately, within the first few pages of reading, I was hooked! Screw the Roses (as I shall call it from here on out) is an educational and instructional book about "The romance and sexual sorcery of sadomasochism". Philip and Molly are a couple with over 20 years of experience in the BDSM world. This book was originally published in 1995. They offer an intelligent and entertaining view into this "dark" world. It is written in such a manner that people of all experience levels would enjoy it and walk away having learned something new.

Chapter 1 offers you an introduction to your hosts, Phillip and Molly and what they intend the book to be about.  They go into detail what sadomasocism IS and IS NOT. That is then followed by the introduction into "scene speak" and learning the lingo and terms and labels. Chapter 1 covers everything from what it means to be dominant, submissive, a switch, masochist, tops and bottoms, gay SM scenes, and oh so much more. (You can see how I got hooked right away right?)

Chapter 2 dives right into the important stuff. Communication, trust and safety. The authors really push that safety above all else is the most important key to whatever "play" you may do. Once you've established that you are, in fact, in a safe and trust worthy situation, the chapter goes on to tell you how you can explore many things. Such as using the mind as an erogenous zone, conditioning, visualization. sensory relocation and so much more.

Chapter 3 gives you the run down on "The Politics of Very Strange Bedfellows, Sensible SM Relationships, and Dangerous Liaisons." It tells the reader what to look out for in other people as you begin your search for your partner. For women, it can help weed out the creeps and for men, it can help weed out the needy. Chapter 3 gives you safety suggestions on how to
meet someone in person for the first time. It should be noted that since this book was first published in 1995, it's a little outdated as far as the internet has to go. So much has changed online since 1995. You can pretty much skip any reference to "message boards" and they won't have any of the newer kink sites listed.

Chapter 4 begins talking about how to introduce "kink" into your already established relationship and how to go out there and find it. It gives suggestions on how negotiations between Doms and subs can be handled.  What I liked about Chapter 4 is it listed and went into detail, about the different forms of submission out there. This I found very helpful. I'll list what they come up with, but I'm afraid you'll have to get your own copy of the book to understand what it all means.

Chapter 5 was specifically written by Philip for the men, but you know what? I peeked anyways. *giggles* I have to say, his advice was pretty good. In order to be successful and get the most out of a BDSM type relationship, men have to learn how to slow things down. How to really make love to a woman. He gives pointers to men on how to understand just how different the woman's mind and body work than their own and how a woman's mind and body are intertwined.

Chapter 6 is a fun chapter that goes into all the different kinds of play and tools used. Anything from fire and ice, electro-torture, anal play and training, fisting and oh so much more! (can't give away all of the secrets can I?)

Chapter 7 is another exhilarating chapter. This one goes into bondage. It explains how you need a plan and how to perform "bondage safety". This chapter also gives you the "Ten rules to be bound by" and gives you an illustrated example of the "anatomy for safer bondage".(click pic to make bigger). This chapter also gives suggestions on what you should be doing during your first rope session, your 2nd rope session and so on.

Chapter 8, Human Bondage technique! Oh what fun! This chapter shows you how to use rope and create ankle and wrist bondage as well as oriental rope
dresses. There are detailed diagrams to help you out! This chapter not only talks about rope as bondage, but also blindfolds, gags, hoods, plastic wrap and many more "specialty items".

Chapter 9 starts getting into the more serious stuff. This chapter is written by Philip and it discusses the ins and outs of flogging. This chapter discusses such important things as environment, how to start and end a session, your positioning, and how to properly use a flogger. Philip has ten commandments of flagellation and I think they are very good ones. Click the pic to read his Commandments of Flagellation, but you'll have to read the book to get the details.

Chapter 10 really gets into "the beating". In this chapter are tips for how
to prepare the skin for a beating and where to hit (with chart). This
chapter goes into everything from spanking, paddling, caning, whipping,
slapping, and strokes. That's just naming a few things that you'll get out
of it. It also dives into a tutorial on how to properly use a whip,
including cat-style and bull whip.

Chapter 11 goes into what is happening to both top and bottom during a scene
such as those encountered in previous chapters. It goes into the endorphin
rush and "sub space" and also talks about Dom space as well. This chapter
goes into the different levels of pain and how they become pleasure.

Chapter 12, one of my fave subjects, "How to make the upper cheeks red".
This chapter talks about humiliation, embarrassment and the mindfuck. Oh
what a wonderful chapter and subject matter! How I love a good mind fuck.
Remember men, a woman's body is so closely linked to her mind.  In this
chapter there is talk about public play, dressing and verbal abuse, as well
as sexual denial. Probably the most interesting section, one that I find
true, is the section that discusses emotional growth through SM. It's
interesting how something that can be so humiliating can make someone feel
so much more empowered. Even if they are on the receiving end.

Chapter 13, the last chapter, oddly enough, talks about your dungeon. It gives advice on furnishing your own dungeon, life with children, and how to save money and make many of these items yourself. It lists the goodies into groups, the torture group, the sex-toy group and the bondage group and tells you where you can go to buy these items. This chapter also tells you how to make many of these items yourself! There are also tips on how to travel with your toys.

Finally, the book closes with a glossary of terms and an appendix.

 I really enjoyed reading this book very much. Philip and Molly wrote it in such a way that it was both informational and entertaining. Each chapter included a story of their own experiences in certain situations and it is always fascinating to read another person's personal story. Anyone can enjoy this book, whether you are just getting started or you have years of experience in the lifestyle. The book includes many pictures as well as diagrams to help you build/make your own things. I appreciate how much emphasis is put on safety. I think that is so very important.

Finally, since this book was originally published in 1995, please keep in mind that some of the resources may be outdated. Do not buy this book if you
think it is going to send you to the current kink websites of today. That's not to say that some of the sites or businesses listed in the book do not exist today. If they do, well then that should be a pretty good sign that they are quality.

This rubber vibe definitely offers satisfaction.  Its powerful vibration is a pleasant surprise. I enjoy the different permutations.  So often a vibe’s settings are just different speeds, the Flexor however, will pulse several different ways allowing you to pick your pleasure.  (My favorite is a three-stage increasing intensity pulse.)  The simple push-button controls allow you to scroll through to find the one you fancy.  There are no distracting lights or multiple setting buttons to mess with. The ten settings give you plenty to choose from.  The flexor remembers the last setting so you can get right back to where you got left off. 

It has a lovely smooth rubber head allowing for easy entry.  Its wide shaft tip is enjoyable without being overwhelming.   The ribbed and textured shaft is bendable, letting you adjust it “just so” to get at your g spot.  The texturing adds a lovely sensation, but it can get abrasive so use lots of lube. 

The Flexor is also waterproof for use in shower or tub, making this a versatile toy indeed. The controls are sealed in the end, making them both waterproof and accessible.  There is no front panel to let water in. Also, the batteries install directly in the end of the toy.  There is no battery cartridge to complicate the fun. The battery position markings are right on the edge of the compartment- hard to see at first, but once they’re installed the battery cover twists securely on and the fun begins.
 
The dolphin-shaped clitoral stimulator vibrates along with the shaft so there are no separate vibration controls to think about.   I found it difficult to position the clitoral stimulator right where I wanted it.   Needing a lot of clitoral sensation, I enjoyed just placing the tip on my clit for more intense vibration.  It certainly did the trick.

A few pleasant practical notes: The package is a simple tab closure, no having to get a knife just to get at your purchase.  The Flexor comes shrink-wrapped inside the easy-open box, ensuring cleanliness without all the bother of a sealed-shut plastic package.  Also, the Flexor has a flat bottom, allowing it to stand up.  Not only does that mean that it will stay clean and dry on your counter, but it will display well on a shelf if you so desire.  Another aspect of its good design is the handle.  There is a decent length to hold allowing just the right leverage and angle.  The only thing I would ask in this regard would be for there to be rubber on the hand grip.  It can get slippery once lube is in play.

While I tried the purple dolphin, the Flexor is also available in blue with an elephant shaped stimulator, as well as clear with a bunny, and pink with a teddy.  This toy works well especially for women whose g spots are slightly out of reach for solid crook-shaped vibes.  The customizable shaft and vibration patterns make for a truly personal experience.  Overall I would give the Flexor Dolphin a positive rating.

Alright, in case you haven't heard I was picked to become an official TOY REVIEWER with Va Va Voom (http://www.va-va-voom.net). The product that I am reviewing today is the Tera Patrick Fleshlight. A little background you should know is that I am a happy customer of Interactive Life Form's Fleshlight, in which I own their Stamina Training Unit. I purchased this about a couple years ago and its Superskin insert is lined with bumps on the inside designed for maximum stimulation. Now I have researched other products that Interactive Life Form carries and I have been interested in the more life like openings that are made with live models that provide their unique details for the superskin. Even more intesting was the new Lotus texture that is, as they say "unmatched in realism and sensation".

So when I received the plain box yesterday, I knew I was in for a real treat. Upon opening this box was the real surprise. ILF makes a real statement for their Fleshlight girls by providing thier product in a very high class package. You are also treated with a sexy picture of the model who ILF casted for their opening, in this case Tera Patrick.
